This is NOT INSURANCE and this program is not intended to substitute insurance. The plan, offered by MedPass, LLC, provides members with discounts and access to fully free services at specific healthcare providers for medical services, as governed by previously established contractual agreements. Moreover, MedPass, LLC may process payments on behalf of its members to the medical or service providers, facilitating a smoother customer experience and simpler transaction process. This plan, however, does not commit to making direct payments to providers of medical services.

Members retain the responsibility for all payment obligations for any health care services not encompassed by the aforementioned arrangements but will benefit from a discount or total coverage from those healthcare providers in contract with MedPass, LLC. MedPass, LLC is a Florida-based entity and a wholly owned subsidiary of Reflekt Technologies Corporation, a corporation incorporated in Delaware with its principal office in Miami, FL.
